  • Lead-Based Paint Addendum (for pre-1978 properties)
  • Survey and Elevation Certificate
  •  Floor Plan or Blueprints
  • Flood Rider (for unincorporated Miami-Dade properties)

Additionally, HOA and/or condominium documents are uploaded to Dropbox and shared with the buyer’s agent and their attorney. A link to all attachments is included in the MLS listing so buyers and their agents can easily review and assemble complete offer packages.
